Rachel is at 9cm now, still waiting for 10.
Rachel’s current nurse is from Hong Kong, and knows a little Mandarin, Rachel can understand Cantonese, so it’s a mix of languages when they communicate.
Her anistesiologist has Chinese heritage as well. As she always says, Chinese are everywhere.
They brought in the baby roaster (warmer) and the delivery stuff is in a craftsman tool case. I was rather confused when they wheeled that in.
This will likely be the last update till the baby comes out. She’s having back labor, so lots of pain.

I can relate to back labor! Its awful! Epidural should help it though! I’ve contacted everyone. Haley will check the website when she can as others will also. So many at work! I will text them when baby is in the warmer😊 mailed baby gifts to arrive on Thursday! Love you guys❤💚💜💙
