Rachel has been having braxton-hicks contractions the last few days, but at around 3am sunday, she got her first real one. She said it felt completely different, and they’ve been happening  ever since then ranging from 15 minutes to an hour apart, and getting stronger.

So she hasn’t had a whole lot of sleep, as every time she settled back in, she’d get another one.

Additionally, while she usually likes laughing at my jokes, laughing has become rather painful, so I’ve had to be less funny, which hasn’t been that difficult.

At this point, she’s been going up and down for over 19 hrs with her pre-labor, and we decided to go to the hospital, as she’s getting worn out, and she’s hurting enough that she doesn’t want to be in worse shape when it’s closer.

We are off to the hospital now, so we won’t be taking or making any calls until later. Keep an eye on the website for updates and pics!
